Sustainability is a broad term. I have used infographics, mainly from workshops and speakers at Uprising UK, to educate people about topics from food to sustainable cities. Please find links underneath each poster for the website of the speaker or organisation.
If you would like a copy of the posters, or for me to draw at your event, please contact me.
National Trust Infographic
Simon Barker is a Wildlife & Countryside consultant at the National Trust. He spoke at an Uprising UK Leadership retreat about issues facing UK environment and biodiversity. My favourite quote was that we have ‘nature deficit disorder’.
Sustainable Cities Infographic
Infographic on sustainable cities, drawn during a talk by Mark Shayler. Mark is the founder of several businesses, including This is Ape and the Do Lectures, emphasising that we don’t need to do things better, we need to do better things.
Vera Zakharov works for Feedback, an international campaign organisation fighting food waste. It’s one of my favourite organisations, using Disco Soups and other community-empowered campaigns. Go check them out!
This is a quick infographic using watercolours that I did to help people to choose a more sustainable fish. I call it ‘going with the flow’… All these fish can be bought with a MSC (Marine Stewardship Council) certification, but to go one better, try and support small fisheries and boats in your local region. Enjoy!
An infographic in collaboration with The Fields Beneath, Kentish Town. It displays the nutritional, environmental and geographical information for oat, almond, soy and coconut milk, plus a comparison chart for cow’s milk. For anyone who is vegan or thinking of reducing their dairy intake!
